Sebastian Vettel News

F1’s poster boy for early accomplishment scored more wins than all but two drivers in history by the time he was only 26, including back-to-back world championships between 2010 and 2013. He was reared a Bull, then a Prancing Horse, and is now the face of Aston Martin’s Formula 1 rebirth.

Vettel is known for his lightning fast speeds and, of course, his signature middle finger raised after a race. In the last sprint towards the finish line, he prefers to take the lead, exactly like his idol Michael Schumacher. While Vettel is fiercely competitive, he also has a fun side, as seen by his penchant for singing Beatles songs in karaoke bars.

In addition to his four world championships, he also won more than 50 races and set more than 50 lap records throughout his career. Thus, it is not surprising that he has twice been chosen to restore some of Grand Prix’s oldest names to their former splendor.

As Vettel’s rivalry with Lewis Hamilton heated up after his transfer to Maranello, that goal didn’t quite go as planned. Next, Charles Leclerc, a young gun on the Ferrari squad, became the first driver in Scuderia history to outscore him in a single season.

His most recent assignment is leading the Aston Martin squad. He has placed them on the podium before, but to consistently reassert himself above his opponents and re-establish his position as one of the sport’s all-time greats, Vettel will need to draw on all his speed and expertise.
