F1 Driver – Jaime Alguersuari
The youngest driver in the history of Formula One racing, Jaime Alguersuari. He made his debut in Hungary in 2009, replacing Sebastien Bourdais, who had retired from the team.
Like all of his fellow drivers, the Spaniard started out in karting, and by 2005 he was competing in the Formula Renault European Cup and in the F-1600 Italian Junior F.
A year later, he raced in the same European Cup (1 podium), the Italian Formula Renault (1 podium) and the Winter Series of the same championship (4 wins, 4 pole positions, champion).
After a serious warm-up, in 2007 Jaime finished 5th in the European Cup of the Formula Renault, and 2nd in the Italian Series. In the same year, he made his debut in the Spanish F-3 Championship.
In 2008, Jaime moved to the prestigious British F-3, where he beat all his rivals to become champion (5 wins, 6 pole positions, 12 podiums, 2 fastest laps, champion). In the same year, the Spaniard took part in the Red Bull trials.
In his spare time, Jaime enjoys playing tennis and golf, and does not shy away from the disc jockey console.
